Tucked in, every single night
After dinner and a last potty break, every guest settles into a room of their own with freshly laundered bedding, soft music, and calming aromatherapy. Our team makes the rounds for goodnight pats before lights out. It is the quietest, sweetest hour of the day.
How we watch the night
You deserve a straight answer to the question every dog parent asks, so here it is: after the last tuck-in, our team heads home for the night. The building is protected by an alarm system and monitored cameras that alert us to movement or barking, and our local fire department knows our facility well, down to exactly where the dogs sleep. If anything stirs in the night, we know.
Stay days are play days
Guests spend their days in the same rhythm as playcare: small groups, never more than six dogs to a team member, matched by temperament and play style, with a steady swing of play and rest. Every stay includes a daily care package chosen for your dog, from Playful Essentials through Climb Higher. We’ll build your dog’s package and walk you through your exact rate at your lesson, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Most guests head home from a stay with our Go Home Fresh spa service: a bath, blow out, ear cleaning, and nail trim, so the dog who jumps into your arms is soft, clean, and smelling like they missed you. Enhancements like a blueberry facial, paw pad and nose conditioning, or a de-shedding treatment can be added to any bath. Ask us for current spa pricing when you reserve.

A few things worth knowing
Reservations are required, an $80 per dog deposit holds your dates, and most holidays carry a two-night minimum. Bring your dog’s food portioned by the day and labeled with their name; leave beds and toys at home, we have that covered. If your pup has not started yet, Explorers Orientation with our sister company, Well Mannered Dog, is the front door to lodging. It is the same first step our playcare families take, and once your dog is a graduate, a spot here is always ready.
